Reid
Super-Save Market
Most
successful business enterprises in America today began in a small
way and gradually over a period of years to their present size.
The present Reid Super-Save Markets had their origin as Gleason's
Markets, later to be known as Stop and Shop.
During the 1930's
to 1960 they were the prominent and outstanding food stores of
Charlottesville. They were organized under present management in
April 1965.
There
are several reasons for the fine image these stores now have:
One
is the fact that they have consistently striven to sell good merchandise
at low, reasonable price.
Another is the many loyal efficient
employees who have been associated with this and preceding companies
across the years.
The big reason is the many loyal,
satisfied customers. |
